Overjoyed with our work on phase 1, the owners of this beautiful Victorian House commissioned us to work on phase 2 of this whole house renovation.
We designed and constructed a side-return extension to open up the kitchen into a living area with bifold doors into the garden, a bespoke window seat and large roof lights which filled this once pokey space with natural light and warmth. The reconfiguration of the downstairs space also meant that we were able to include a separate utility room and downstairs wc.
The garden was redesigned to include outdoor seating and patio, raised beds and a children’s play house. Beautifully raw yet luxurious materials, such as marble, polished concrete and brass, were used with deep rich colours and stunning feature lights throughout the space - providing the perfect backdrop for our client’s eclectic style.
