Complete renovation and refurbishment of ground floor of a detached Victorian house in Reigate.
By extending the rear of the building into the garden, we were able to create a large open plan kitchen and living space, as well as a utility room and downstairs WC. Oak aged parquet throughout the new extension connected the new building with the period house and provided the perfect backdrop for the clients’ collection of mid-century furniture.
Clean lines, bespoke cabinetry, mirrored splashback and stone worktops allowed the kitchen to sit unobtrusively in the space with striking feature lighting over the kitchen island. Full-width glass sliding doors allow the interior to be almost completely opened up into the large garden and terrace.
